| Project to resume in September/October |
A meeting with senior managers from USD, MVM and ITI was held to review sitution. Immediate actions were identified as being done or able to be done to reduce risk to start of term. The MVM024 project is still a high-priority and will resume in 16/17, aiming for September or October. A re-estimet meeting is planned, as the scope is changed (reduced) and also resource need to work on the project, receive handover from Alan Gilchrist and then support the new Labs and Lecture PCs.
