  • Facilitator – Review of workshop brief and session plans, running workshop

  • Admin – To be found within ISG, Room booking, invites, note taking, follow up
  • IAD – participation in session
  • Academic User Group - attendance at sessions, assistance with securing appropriate academic and student attendance, participation in final AUG workshop to synthesize results of individual School sessions

Project Board

The Project Board will: 

  • Ensure that overall goals of the Project, set by the Engagement and Evaluation Group, are met.
  • Resolve any issues raised by the project team. 
  • Receive updates from the Project Manager and report on progress to the Engagement and Evaluation Group
  • Approve the completion report and the lessons learned report for the Project. 
  • Ensure information about the project is effectively communicated to the organisation and stakeholder groups as necessary.

Project Duration and Frequency of Meetings

 

The project will be set up for the start of Semester 2, 2018/19 and will remain open through to the end of Semester 1, 2019/2020 to oversee the delivery of the guidelines for the use of the service and reporting on the initial benefits realized by the introduction of the service.

 

At this point, the need for the work of the project to continue will be reviewed.

 

The Project Board will initially meet bi-monthly, starting in January 2019, to oversee the work carried out to plan delivery of project goals and deliverables.
