General.
- APP DEV has been migrated to the new infrastructure and testing completed.
- As we are now moving into TEST, can we ensure issues are now logged in JIRA. They can be linked to the WIKI for the project. The process for testing is described below , action 17.

17. Progress testing on NEWS TEST. Action Stefan/Adam.
Adam has collated a table of applications to test on NEWS with the identifed Business User and Application Management contact.
The plan is to have Applications Management co-ordinate with the designated business user.

The process during UAT will be as follows:-
1. Business user to test current status, connectivity etc.. Applications Management, End Users
2. Start running update CRON jobs. - Applications Management, End Users
3. Business user to test Updated data. - Applications Management, End Users.
Any issues/quries or errors will be raised as JIRAs at the this phase. Any comms with the end users via email wil be cc'd via Stefan and Stevie to ensure JIRAs are raised to record any issues.
19. Confirm DOORS is no longer used on NEWS. Action Adam/Stevie.
Update : Adam has confirmed that Doors is no longer used. Complete.
20. WIS have asked that Dev team leaders are to sign ioff on the APPs Dev database. Action : - Stevie to ascertain what the requirements of this sign off are.
Update : Sign off achieved after much discussion. Complete
21. Stevie to document new implementation instruction from David Foggo and Suran on ADMISMI. JIRA-17

Decision of meeting to split out the closing off of development , testing and deployment milestones for the different databases, NEWS and APP in particular to allow progress on each where possible, without creating dependencies on each other.
The ECA Mini Portolfio has a tight production schedule at the start of the year and may impact delivery of APPS migration. New action 8. Below : -

Milestones planned out at present:- Exact dates not received from SACS but based on last years ECA runs, they completed in the 3rd week in February.

10. Stevie to discuss increasing the project budget to allow investigation and estimation of replacing CRON jobs with DB scheduled jobs. Action Stevie, Maurice, David S. Complete. this work wil have to be estimated and funded separately as it is not within scope fo the current project.

18. Plan in the creation of the new UCD instance. Stevie to meet with Franck Bergeret, Jamie Thin, Sally Hayward and Mark Lang to determine the timescales for the SMART upgrade project and how it may affect ITS103. It may be the case that the SMART project takes over the creation of the new instance. Meeting arranged for 4th Feb.. Action: Stevie update Team on the outcome.
Update : - The new instance to house the remaining databases will be taken over by the SMART enhancement project. No timescales published for the individula enviromnets as yet. Complete.
