Priority and Funding

This is a 'normal' priority project.

It is sponsor and discretionary funded.

Impact and Dependencies

As of January 29, the Project has not yet identified existing projects that are making changes in and around the existing estate. However, we are aware that they exist. So, the next round of meetings commence from February 4. Before then the project will send a comms out to Project Services and then use the key stakeholders to help identify them. Risk 5 covers this.

As of Jan 30, we have been made aware of one project ENT041 - https://www.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/ent041 . I will contact the PM Ross Marrins to establish an understanding of each other's projects.

As of Feb 12, the Project Manager has met Ross Marrins for ENT041 and passed project info onto PWC.

As Feb 15, we are aware of a second project within the Data Transformation Programme - DTI039. Project Manager has engaged the PM and Programme Manager to discuss next week:-

Note; these risks are currently owned by the Project Manager until we formally identify owners who acknowledge and accept the risks. In the meantime, at weekly meetings between PWC and the Project Manager we will review these and any others identified by PWC.
