Resource and availability including Project Sponsor is an increasing issue for the project. This has significantly impacted the progress in recruiting Branch Manager which ultimately is going to delay the expected go live for the new service. This is also having an impact on delivery of other key milestones and budget. This has been escalated to Project Sponsor and to CIO. In addition clarity on scope in relation to Payroll for the new service has been problematic. This has been linked to the conflict of milestones across this project and the roll out of the new Core system. Meetings to resolve this across key stakeholders are ongoing however have yet to reach a solution. This may also impact timelines, budget and ability to go live. Contingency actions will include; review of available resource for project, prioritisation of Branch Manager recruitment, and escalation of procurement issues to CIO.
