Achievements in Last Period

• Project Management handed over from Maurice Franceschi to Tim Gray
• EdWeb successfully deployed to LIVE
• DEV environments for CAM, Blogs and MGen applications successfully migrated over to Maria DB
• TEST environments successfully migrated over  to Maria DB for CAM, Blogs and MGen applications 
• UAT started on CAM, Blogs and MGen
• Comms to CAM, Blogs and MGen applications' users ongoing
• Dates for LIVE migration for CAM, Blogs and MGen applications agreed

Issues/Risk

• Several issues,/after work remain must be completed on EdWeb before the Deployment review can be signed off. One of these issues, with the master/slave configuration after the EdWeb deployment resulted in the postponement of the EdWeb monthly module update. This issue has now been fixed. 

Next Steps

• Complete outstanding issues with EdWeb
• Migrate TRAIN environment for Edweb
• Continue with comms to CAM, Blogs and MGen applications' users
• Start planning the remaining work
