• Talks and Talks Reminder went live Aug 14th
• WebPA completed in DEV
• DRPS to be tested
• DRPS went Live Aug 15th
• WebPA completed in TEST and signed off ready to go live after the change freeze 30-Aug (23-Aug)
• Closure to be started
• Completed the last acceptance test of the other migrated applications (WebPA)
• Delay to deploying WebPA the day before the change freeze

Next Steps :

• Project milestones to be revised
• Project TADs to be completed
• WebPA to Go Live after the change freeze at the start of October
• Decommission Lamp Servers in Dev, Test and Live  after WebPA is Live
• Closure to be drafted ready for closure after WebPA is live
