Achieved

Good progress made on reviewing and enabling the Bamboo plans. Thalia and Michael continuing to work and document on this.

Ewan continuing to set up GEN TEST environment

Issues

Issue noted with the bulk mail relay on GEN TEST database - Ewan could not get this working, however nothing in GEN uses it so might not be an issue.

Issue with applying the Oracle 12.2 upgrade to GEN LIVE meant the upgrade had to be abandoned. Oracle DB Upgrade Assistant – used to perform the upgrade – failed to launch. Oracle eventually provided a solution to this which is to install the dejavu fonts package on the server. Now tested and working. This upgrade now needs to be rescheduled.

Budget change for APPS - was 60 days discussed and probable is 90 days.

Next Tasks

CALMAC, 360 EYES bamboo plans to be enabled

Michael to look at the Micro Services bamboo plans -

• microservices dashboard
• VRS

ES - GEN DEV needs to be brought in line with GEN TEST. Downtime needed.

CK to update the milestones with the NEWS Oracle 12.2 migration which will take place after the Apps migrations.

Add in change of scope for adding in the NEWS Oracle 12.2 migration. Need estimates from team.

CK to add Thalia @ 1 to 2 days per week over next 3 months.

CK to update budget with change from 306 days to 436 days. PICCL this change.

Reschedule upgrade for GENLIVE environment.

ES to document which Bamboo plans need to be run for putting into TEST and LIVE. Suran to run these plans when we migrate.
