Achievements this Period

• Decision made to alter the "SQLNET.ORA” to “ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER = 8” which will allow us to proceed with migrating GEN Dev to GEN TEST. This decision will also apply to the APPS migrations, which contain a number for ColdFusion 10 applications.
• Project milestones have been replanned, and resource secured. This has been approved.
• Three technical issues with GEN which had been raised in JIRA have been resolved.

Issues

• There will be a budget review in November to determine the number of extra days required to complete the project.

Next Steps

• GEN to be migrated into TEST
• Integration testing to commence
• LIVE environment to be upgraded to 12.2 ahead of the planned migrations. The only application on LIVE is Bamboo.
• Review required of the Bamboo plans to determine if any of them require to be approved and enabled for the GEN applications.
