- Migration to DEV complete, and post-dev testing by applications management started
- Technical Architect resourced to continue with TEST and LIVE
Issues
- The current immediate milestones are quite challenging and are unlikely to be met.
- Furthermore, there are deployment dates in the special CAB period to minimise risk to start of term and this is unrealistic.

- Furthermore, there are deployment dates in the special CAB period to minimise risk to start of term, and this is unrealistic.
- The budget for next year is unlikely to be enough, as there were around 25 days in 16/17 which were not utilised
