The resource estimate:

  • The project completes planning and commences review of priority services application/component information and commences repository review and agrees where possible in June & July aligned to budget available for 15/16 = 25 days
  • The project team will review a re-estimation at this point as it is noted that all priority services will not require full DR plan etc as they are cloud based externally with a 3rd party supplier (e.g.. DiscoverEd) and we will have a clearer idea of effort required to complete all or part of the priority services from the existing overall 100 days effort allocated at annual planning.
