Funding of 100 IS Apps days plus roughly £10,000 to cover consultancy and external training costs.  

Impact and Dependencies

We depend heavily on our colleagues in ITI to help deliver the objectives of this project.  We therefore want someone from ITI embedded in the core project team so that we can work closely together.

Project Assumptions and Constraints

Project requirements and constraints will be managed on a continuous basis by normal agile project management practices.

We will need access to a suitably qualified consultant to both advise on and QA various aspects of our intended solution.  The project team has been and will be responsible for identifying the product backlog items that require consultancy, and for scheduling the consultancy.  We estimate that we will need 10 consultancy days overall, which will be discussed and agreed with Directors Office.

Training will be provided for a core group of staff, to be identified during the course of the project.  A portion of the Divisional training budget will be set aside for provision of external training.
