Second challenge now enforced for BI and Evision users

The EASE second challenge  has  now been enforced for BI and Evision users. As part of a drive to improve data security, users of these applications  who are already logged onto EASE must now  also provide characters from a "memorable word" which they have set,  in order to use these applications.
