Project Report will have restructuring as important as the tool

Sheffield and moreso Imperial vists have started the team to see the re-organisation of IS as not only a pre-requisite to the implementation of any new tool if we are to realise its potential, but as likely to improve our effectiveness with what we already have.

Good to see the whole team thinking along the same lines, and the new report should make for a good read.
