This project will conduct a review of the business processes and systems at the Centre for Open Learning, documenting the "as is" and identifying a "to be" with the aim to:
- improve and streamline business processes
- consolidate/integrate with centrally supported applications where possible
- identify an upgrade path for EOL applications, i.e. CESAR, CLASS.
- adopt a user centric view
