Over the past 24 hours, three different time slots have been arranged between myself, thenew project manager and supplier Digital Architect to get an update of the revised schedules. On each occasion, I have dialled in on the call and waited 5 minutes – with no one else joining in the call. Whilst this extremely frustrating, this adds to my growing concerns regarding the following points;
- No plan for this phase is evident – other than the statement that Ingeus will be ready with their development for 26th July
- There is no date when UoE can start actually receiving data
- Two weeks prior to launch, Ingeus are requesting an overview of the project to assist them to train their staff
- There appears to be no defined list of developments for phase 2 – nor a plan
- The lack of genuine progress Ingeus are making with the DWP – other than verbal comments that talks are progressing
- The fact that the Consent Form is now tied up to the DWP agreement and how that impacts the project going forward
- The project now passing over to Operations – I believe we need to get some agreement that the project for both this phase and the 2nd phase will be both managed and resourced as a project with transparent timescales and dedicated resource from Ingeus

- all completed except one outstanding load balancer call to enable external connection
- enquiries now underway with regards deployed to Live to temporarily establish connectivity, then disable API
- Senior Supplier updated regarding the current project status
- may be requirement to re-schedule development resource scheduled to complete the database views w/c 6th August for a finance related project. Not seen as a major issue as firstly there is no specific hard deadline for this work and secondly, the live date of 26th July is under threat
- Project sponsor has advised regarding teh outcome of meeting with Ingues on Friday 13th July
- DWP has not yet decided whether Ingeus as a whole (independent from us) is data controller or processor. The anticipation that this will be resolved within three months. The issue is whether Ingeus as an entity is data controller and can give us the right for the transfer, or only data processor in which case the agreement has to be somewhat different

Requirement to proceed with a with a generic consent form. This requires to be received and reviewed by the project sponsor by next Friday, to be able to assess that it does not affect the overall ethical content
