Achievements this period
- Completed prioritisation of user stories
- Decided start date for development iterations - Feb 6th 2017
- Appointed the remainder of the core Agile product team - including the User Group representatives and IS Applications colleagues
- Signed off Application Design Architecture (ADA) document
- Agreed a draft set of data requirements from EUCLID which will be used to create the new views
Issues

Unclear BI/MI requirement. A requirements document has been drafted to clarify this and will be sent to BI/MI group for review and estimation.

No School Quality Director in place for 3 schools. The Product Owner is liaising with these schools and will confirm once they have people in post.

No agreement reached on open access model. Several options are possible, and a meeting has been planned with Academic Services for a steer.

Translation of Academic Services templates to system. The developers are unsure of the requirement, again Academic Services to advise.
