Achievements this period

  • Scheduled deployment date for Release 3 which will take place on 7th August
  • Release 3 planning meeting held to prepare for deployment

Open Issues

  • The document upload function could not be completed within the Maintenance iteration as it had a dependency on the Python resilient file store, which faced technical challenges in its development and was subject to further review by Tech Management and ITI.  Following negotiation with the Product Owner it was agreed the project will schedule a Release 3 to incorporate this function plus a small bug fix that arose following the Maintenance iteration.  There is sufficient budget available to accommodate this final release.

  • Confirm OLA signoff by specified signatories in CAHSS and Student Systems
  • Deploy Release 3 on 7th August
  • Draft closure report
