Achievements in Last Period
- Presented findings to college level QA representatives
- Attended September 16th College QA Committee, providing feedback to School QA Directors and setting them some high level system design questions arising from the analysis
Issues
- The Business Analysis milestone has passed, however the initial analysis has been completed. Project Manager will ask the project sponsor to sign off the milestone, this is not seen as a major issue as it does not prevent us from moving into the business requirements stage
Next Steps
- Prepare for attending next College QA Committee (due to take place on November 4th) to gain agreement for product vision and target process
