Achievements in Last Period

• Draft project brief released for approval and estimation
• Met with all Business School and School of Law contacts to discuss requirements
• Met with Procurement to determine legal requirements for procuring / using a CRM
• Engaged with ERI to understand their use of Salesforce and what integration they have opted for
• Engaged with Student Systems to determine their role and view point on integrating a CRM (follow up booked)
• Engaged with Development Alumni to determine their role and view point on integrating a CRM (follow up required)
• Reviewed the CRM market and started to find contact points

Issues

• Conflicts for PM time with the Timetabling project causing slow down of analysis and write up
• Student Systems availability is in August to discuss / agree integration and policy issues
• Project reported as Amber given the carryforward into 1415 and the project brief not being agreed
