Priority and Funding

This is a priority 2, funded project. This project has 120 days of funding which has to be billed to the USG portfolio, not HR. The USG portfolio has said a further 20% contingency can be called on if required. Director's Office are aware of these arrangements

Impact and Dependencies

This project is not dependent on any other project but it may be impacted by PPP006 Changes to USS pensions. PPP006 has HARD milestones and will require an update to be made to the feed from eRecruitment to Oracle HR & Payroll (DEV/TEST/LIVE). PPP006's revision to the eRecruitment feed will need to take precedence to the work on eRecruitment under this upgrade project.
