Priority and Funding

The CSG Director has agreed to fund 30 days effort for this project. 

Project has been agreed as a Priority 1 for the RTI work. Once the end of year activities are completed the project will revert to a Priority 2 for any remaining work. 

Impact and Dependencies

HMRC year end processes must be completed by 17th April. 

The HR & Payroll Annual Maintenance project (HRS075) will be running during this same period and TEST and LIVE will be unavailable for agreed periods. 

Business as usual Payroll and Pensions processes will continue over this period, i.e. March pay run, which will limit access and business input during key dates.
