Update from the business lead noting;

Just to confirm all the testing has been completed for all the admin process and also advanced searches (incl the CHPS spreadsheet), I have also tested the things I would carry out when using admin rights. Everything is working as should be.

The only thing left to do is for the health surveillance team to look at getting to spiro software set up and also test any advanced searches they may use or processes they have in place. The above also applies for immunisation advances searches etc.

- Mjog sms txt messaging
- The supplier has agreed to provide an installation of MJog on the Test system
- It has been identified that a separate VM will be required for this
- Technical lead to request appropriate VM's
- As a result, Risk 12 was created and subsequently closed
- Risk Log updated
