FIN113 Build - Bamboo decision required before 9th March

Bill will agree with Mike if Bamboo will be included in FIN113.

It depends if there is development work included in the project, and there is not.

This must be decided by the 9th March as the plan is to move to BUILD work

So BAMBOO is not required for FIN113
