| Progress update 4-May |
Emilio has progressed eTime DEV, with couple of issues being sorted on route and has run into another issue. Emilio also made some progress on the TAD Mark L will verify with Alister and Mark D to see if it is the same issue holding boh of them up. Mark L will do ASTA booking on Thurs when afterwards I can replan the project. New Dev Tech contractor started 16-May |

| Issue waiting to happen if eTime does not progress as planned |
JAMS does not complete in DEV by end of 1st April, to then allow eTime to start moving forward next week in DEV eTime has 3 projects depending on this work completing first, so any conflicts with SMI016 UNIDESK for Napier running at the same time and delaying FIN113 until we can be sure this will run through easily
Completion of DEV is awaiting Unix call I160401-0900 load balancer change. |

21-Apr 1/2 hour meeting needed to discuss parameter est up in Dev Tech. Alister hopes to discuss with Peter in next couple of days. Alister meanwhile can continue on eTime TAD and updating feedback received on JAMS TAD |

| FIN113 Build - Bamboo decision required before 9th March |
Bill will agree with Mike if Bamboo will be included in FIN113. It depends if there is development work included in the project, and there is not. This must be decided by the 9th March as the plan is to move to BUILD work So BAMBOO is not required for FIN113 |
