- Project Brief was approved by WIS but on the condition that the project progresses according to the recommendations from the Architecture Group
- Feedback from Project Sponsor indicates that only workpackage will be completed within this project. The budget for the remaining workpackages will be transferred to the Launch Phase 2 project to fund resolution of the technical issues they're encountering
