- Meeting held with key FIS reps to try and clarify the scope and objectives for the project. It was agreed that not enough was known about the current manualy process to be able to identify changes/automation and that a detailed analysis stage was required.

- the intention to automatically allocate payments to invoices on an individual line-by-line basis
- the sponsorship of the project
- Meeting took place with FIS to review the draft Project Brief.
