Work/Task Breakdown

The project will be delivered iteratively.  It will open with formal Business Analysis and System Design stages.  These will be followed by a series of development iterations, with each iteration delivering working software fit for release to users.  The overall phases are as follows: -

• Planning
• Business Analysis
• System Design
• Development Iterations:
  • Build
  • Integrate
  • UAT Test
  • Deploy
• Closure  

Resources Skills and Cost

The project will be delivered to a fixed cost of 157 IS Applications days.  Key to the project's success is the availability of the System Designer from the original eTime project.  The System Designer will create the revised design, specify the code changes, and support the new developer throughout the Build and Testing stages.
