Issues
Unable to get response from Energy team to verify vendor contacts for their servers. Advised by Estates Programme Manager for Dev Tech to use the current contacts we have and if they are incorrect the vendor should advise the correct person to speak to. Vendor contact is needed to verify the applications on the server are compatible and what is required for us to do to enable the upgrade to go ahead. This is needed to complete the estimation accurately. As this has been held up, the brief has not passed through planning yet.
Strike action has also caused a two week delay in getting in contact with the vendors.
