Remaining Work

1. Agree that once DM's and PM's have loaded information onto SharePoint that they have seen how to get on to the pilot test site
2. Once Adrian, Jason and Shona have gone through the drawing decision and decided that that is appropriate and complete.
   1. That Adrian shows Catherine too so that she is aware of the process and can include it in her Estates SharePoint Manual
3. Adrian has completed his System reference information document for IS Apps and sent a copy to Stephen Smith
4. Agree revised milestones and that sign off of what they will include, assuming that 2-3 weeks for DPM's EDM's is completed by the 28th March
5. Then signoff at the 24-Mar meeting
