 EST084 requires a Hi-level design

Once the hi-level design is complete require:

1. hi-level design document and associated appendicies
2. meeting to review the design document with IS Apps Projects,  Estates Projects, Seniour supplier
3. how much time will be required to configure the design?
4. how much of this work is out of the box (y/n)?
5. how much time to set up things it will do out of the box (so no changes except for documented switches
6. how much time to set up work that is not out of the box?
