Achievements  in Last Period

During this period;

• The User Acceptance Testing of the upgraded Test system was completed and signed-off by Estates
• The Live system was upgraded to the new version of the software and signed-off by Estates
• The mandatory deliverables of the project have been achieved.
• The new licensing model has still to be agreed so work on the remaining tasks has been suspended until the agreement is in place
• A new milestone for the licensing model agreement was set for 5th December 2014

Issues

• The remaining tasks and milestones need to be re-planned w/c Mon 8th December. 
• It has not been possible to secure agreement regarding the licensing of the Remote Alarm Monitor licensing with the supplier for the server installation.  This currently resides on the network dongle.

Next Steps

• Review  status of license agreement and determine on the basis to proceed
• Implement and test the new licensing model in the Test and Live environments
• Undertake disaster recovery test on the live environment

As there is now an uncertainty regarding agreement being reached regarding the Licensing of the Remote Alarm Monitor wit regards to the decision milestone, this project has been assigned a Red RAG status
