Project is increasing the project team to include Trades team representatives from the 4 zones

 Achievements

• Completed and sign-off the Business Requirements document 
• Continued collation of the required system configuration data
• First of the monthly communication bulletins and zone briefings drafted and sent to a portiion of managers 

Issues

• The proof of concept has been held up due to the timeout Archibus issue.  This has been raised with MASS who will be following up with Archibus

Next Steps

• Further 1 day training is planned for 13-Feb for project team members completing the system admin configuration
• Overview for the new project team members (trades) (5-Feb)
• Project team to include 4 trades team members (1 from each zone) to ensure the system will be fit for purpose 
• Once the  issue has been resolved then the system configuration will be able to continue
• The Proof of Concept for a small number or faults of different types, skills and zones to have been proved in February, before wider consultation in March

The project has been assigned a RAG status of AMBER
