During this month the focus has been on gathering business requirements through a 1/2 day workshop involving Estates and associated Customers 

Achievements

• Prepared revised project plan to incorporate additional time for the Business Analysis, regarding the additional consultation associated with the workshop and confirmed revised milestones with the project team
• The first draft of the Business Analysis has been circulated for review, having undertaken the following activities
  • Reviewed existing processes and data
  • Complete requirements gathering at workshop for Trades and Customers
  • Completed  requirements gathering at workshop for both the Estates Department and nominated business partners through a workshop held on the 11th November
  • Reviewed and documented the workshop findings 
• Cleaning Services Meeting held with 4/5 representatives 

Issues

• Due to absences in cleaning services  the review has still to be finalised 

Next Steps

• Complete review of the first draft of the Business Requirements  
• Review and document the workshop findings after the Cleaning Services meeting held on 26-Nov
• Review and complete Business Requirements documentation to meet scheduled Business Analysis milestone of 12-Dec
• A workshop has been scheduled with Mass on the 9th December to enable
  • A review of the standard out of the box WebCentral On-Demand module
  • Commence Gap Analysis review of the specified business requirements against the standard module.  A further webinar session has been arranged for 16-Dec to clarify any unanswered questions 
• Communication strategy to be agreed and commenced

The project manger has expressed concern that it may not be possible to complete the Business Requirements scheduled milestone, as one of the Key stakeholders, and his nominated deputy are currently absent through illness.  As a result, the project has been assigned a RAG status of Amber
