Achievements
- With regards to the remaining outstanding issues
- EST080-271 - Approve Screen Updates - successfully deployed to the live environment
- EST080-275 - credit Note Processing After Monthly Billing Run. The fix has been received on 5th July
- Project closure report adjusted and approved by both the Hard Services project board and WIS. As a result the project has now been formally closed
- The outstanding issues, previously on hold, have now been transferred to the next upgrade project - EST098
- IL004 - Contract Services
- In an attempt to progress this matter an alternative quote to sub-contract the SLA administration was generated and forwarded to Estates for review
