Achievements in Last Period

As part of the process to continue reviewing the outstanding issues,
- The issues have been re-prioritised with regards to resolving within the current project
- A log of operational issues have been collated by the HelpDesk team and forwarded to Mass to review in relation to possible resolution in version 23.1
- a total of 12 issues have been closed
- review of remaining issues held with Mass on a weekly basis
Lessons Learned process has been completed the outputs circulated

Issues

Monthly billing, whilst specified changes have been received and tested, a further change was requested to apply an admin charge. This further change has been received and successfully tested on the Test environment. However, due to an unexpected issue with the live Archibus environment (external to this project), it has not been possible to implement the changes into the Live environment
An unexpected issue was encountered on Friday 31st March, whereby Repair types, Cause codes were no longer available for selection. This was subsequently traced to changes applied to the live system associated with EST080-242 and was resolved
12 further issues have been raised within March
There are currently 16 issues remain on the current outstanding list
Delays in delivery of EST092 Operational Reports due to unresolved issues encountered during testing and issues with the IT deployment service

Next Steps

Requirement to resolve the priority issues (noted below) and as many of the non-priority issues prior to closing the project in the next month
- Monthly billing UAT
- Pending Workflow error when jobs are resumed from being on hold (manual workaround is currently available)
- Changing Status on work request
- Correct Employee-Id on weekly download
Commence planning for version 23.1 upgrade incorporating technical aspects from the Lessons Learned report
