Achievements

• Mass have been working on the defined enhancements, however they have not completed them to the expected timescale
• Only some of the expected enhancements have arrived
• Scenario testing has been revised and agreed for when all the enhancements arrive to allow for Acceptance Testing to follow
• Some weekly conference calls with Mass have taken place, but not consistently

Issues

• Project requires re-planned due to Mass delivery date slipping by 1 month, now Mid November before Acceptance Testing can take place
• Confirmation of project costs to be established

Next Steps

• To agree the project re-plan with the expected defined enhancements

• Delivery date of enhancements due in MId November

• Define full test script for both application and mobile devices based on the defined scenarios

• Complete the remaining Fault Type and associated Repair Type definitions relating to the heating engineers

• Weekly conference calls with Mass to ensure progress and targets for the coming week to continue throughout the Acceptance Testing period
• Confirm plan details regarding the implementation of the identified changes
• Implement fixes to be received from Archibus
• Undertake more rigorous system testing
• Begin full user acceptance testing after the identified enhancements have been delivered in Mid November
• Continue consultation with the Estates department business partners regarding fault reporting
• Capacity and Performance Testing to be planned during UAT

Since the Enhancements have been delayed by 1 month, the project has been assigned an overall RAG status of RED  due to obtaining further assurance that the new milestones will be met
