This project has been assigned the following prioriies
- Priority ranking 1 within the Estates and Buildings programme for 2012-13
- Priority ranking 2 with regards to the overall IS Applications developments within 2012-13

Impact and Dependencies
The solution provided by this project will replace the current system used to managed and track waste from across the various Uinversity premises. The introduction of a new system will neccessitate procedural reviews, user training and associated documentation, along with the requirement for additional assistance to be provided during the change-over period.
Dependant on the outcome of the evaluation of potential solutions, a procurement process may have to be undertaken. A subsequent procurement phase of the project may impact on inital project budget and milestones and will require to be re-assesed after the evlauation phase.
There will be the requirement to provide at least a similar method of data transfer to the Finance system for re-charging
