Scope of Project changed in April :
Project will deliver this as GDPR compliance for EASE/Cosign.
Project will deliver encryption of SSL and galera database.
Project will not deliver changes to EASE login re design. However, USD will return their requirements and design elements for future 18-19 project to replace Cosign.

- broad understanding with Web team around scope and resource for design and UX - achieved

- issue around connection problems with current Galera database
Next Steps
- GDPR related data purges. The scripts are written and can be run ‘manually’ in order to fulfil requirements. Purges of Staff/students/Visitors/alumni on LIVE EASEdone by 1/6/18. Then these scripts packaged and deployed by lcfg to all the EASE cosign tiers.
- Data migration. From existing database servers to LIVE galera service again by 1/6/18.
- SSL enabled mysql connections development done by 1/6/18.
- Then it needs tested, I have a thorough test script to test all the functionality of cosign, completed by 8/6/18.
- Assuming the tests work, an alert in place to carry out the Data migration and deploy the ssl enabled mysql connections to LIVE EASE. This will be 26/6
- Encryption of data held in galera.Work from around the w/c 11/6/18, then tested and then delivered soon after 26/6.
- get USD/Web team requirements for future design and UX
