Scope changes : 1 Due to the Impact from the Strike, we will de-prioritise the EASE redesign significantly without commitment to deliver in this year.    We will work with USD and Web team on the design and requirements meantime, and if the change cannot be done within this project, then the work done will feed into planned Cosign replacement project.

2 Following from discussions, Alex Carter and Graeme Wood agreed an interim process to delete EASE identities that have been in delete status for over a year i.e. flush out old applicants that have not continued their applications, ex-staff, expired functionals and visitors. This will remove personal identity information from the EASE registration and shared secret databases and also the EASE KDCs.

Project will also ensure any logs are expired that are over a year. This will be a manual process initially but we hope over the next year to have an agreed position from Student Services, HR and colleges to ensure we have an automated deletion policy for EASE. This will bring it into line with AD as well.

Project will deliver this as a GDPR compliance requirement in the ENT031 project. It should actually help this project by reducing the size of the database migration required.

3 Also, in regard to GDPR  we will set a privacy notice on the EASE website.
