Sprint 2 completed.

The design and build of the load of the HR Assignments into the Staging and Foundation layers of the HR datamart in Enterprise Data Warehouse is now complete.

Each Sprint is 3 weeks long. It starts with a Sprint planning session to prioritise the backlog and estimate the size of each user story. Each sprint ends with a sprint review to play back what has been delivered.

There is a dedicated project team of approx 5FTE working on the DTI049 HR Strategic reporting project.

User input and User testing is being provided by Kevin Harkin and Lynda Hutchison from the Governance and Strategic Planning team
