Resources, Skills and Costs

Project Services and Application Services days: the CSG015 project budget for 18/19 has been estimated at 25d (days).

Key project delivery resources include:

  • 0.2 FTE PM (from Project Services)

Resource support from Application Services – CSG & SCE, and Project Services representatives during vendor demonstrations, requirements gathering and supplier assessment activities has also been identified.

Additional resource effort from the Corporate Services Group, including support from a Business Lead and Senior User is also required during the Analyse and Procure phases of the project.

Terms of Reference:

Key responsibilities of the Committee include:

  • Ensure the CSG015 project's scope aligns with the requirements of the stakeholder groups;
  • Provide the project team with guidance on project business issues;
  • Ensure effort and expenditure are appropriate to stakeholder expectations;
  • Address any issues that have major implications for the project;
  • Keep the project scope under control as emergent issues force changes to be considered, and
  • Reconcile differences in opinion and approach, and resolve disputes arising from them;
