Work/Task Breakdown

The project will be delivered using an Agile methodology, with a planning phase followed by a series of development iterations will be undertaken, with each iteration delivering working software fit for release to users. The overall phases are as follows: -

• Planning
• Foundations
• Development Iterations
• Maintenance Iteration
• Closure 

Resource Estimates and Costs

    Internal

     The role of 'Product Owner' will be held by Candice Schmid as key business user.

     If there are any requirements which require Business Intelligence Suite changes then Service Management will be involved in these discussions.

    External

     There are currently no known external costs.
