Key Activities:​​

• Procurement of WSO2 almost finalised.

• Ongoing development of pilot solution to ensure we can establish methods that allow interfaces between Oracle and UoE applications to communicate via WSO2.

• Discussions ongoing around implementation of SSO solution.

• Continuation of analysis of what is involved in Phase 3 interfaces. This has identified need for early engagement with vendors to ensure access to third party applications.​

• Similarly, 'new' interfaces identified via analysis of PDDs has highlighted the need for more development activity.​

• Final version of PID still being prepared and being planned for submission in January.​

• ​Scenario planning being put together for senior managaement/Board discussions

• More meetings/discussions with stakeholders

Upcoming activities:​

• Implement SSO on test environment

• Continue with extracting HR feeds to file for third party systems (probably using Library ALMA).​

• Continue to assess and document scale of work to be achieved​

• Create more definite estimates and potential timelines for required work

• Complete PID for Integration project​

• Continue investigative work on each of the proposed feeds/interfaces for SITS, Student AR, Kinetics, and VRS (these are the highest priority).​

• Complete acquisition of WSO2 instance and configure this as required
