Achievements in Last Period

• No further progress on project during June due to waiting for the TEST environment to be released from COM043 SOA upgrade project.
• Milestones have been replanned and project re-resourced from the next available COM043 deployment date communicated at the time which is now 09/07/2019.

Issues

• Continuing issues with COM043 have prevented progress with DEV sign off and with the migration to TEST on COM045. A new go-live date for COM043 is now the 09/07/2019. COM045 TEST has been replaned to begin after this date.
• WIS milestone changes has been rejected on 28/06/2018 as there needs to be confirmation of the 27 days carryover into 2019/20 on the project from Head of Production. This has increased from last month as the project has been pushed out further. Head of Production is on annual leave until 22/07/2019.

Next Steps

• DEV sign off
• 2019/20 budget confirmation from Head of Production
• Commence the TEST upgrade
• Begin integration testing
