This project will follow the standard waterfall methodology. This project will be delivered in two phases. The technical work will be grouped into phase 1 with the business deliverables in phase 2. It is planned for the business analysis and R&D work from phase 2 to run in parallel to the infrastructure work in phase 1.

Resources Skills and Cost

During the development phase of the project two developers will work together to enable knowledge transfer within Development Services. 

The project is currently estimates at 100 days. This does not include Service Management time.
