Work/Task Breakdown

** Planned Project Timelines **

As a result of late notification of the universities intention to enter clearing readiness operational deployment will need to be handled quickly.

Six phases of work are anticipated. These are as follows:

  1. Process Design
  2. Operational Team Set Up
  3. Telephony Solution Designed and Implemented
  4. Site Readiness Established.
  5. Go Live
  6. Tear Down

Due to the requirement for rapid mobilisation it is likely that some of these will need to run concurrently.

Project plans and task lists can be made available on the ITI Sharepoint space for this project.
