RAG STATUS - Amber

Activity since last update:

•             Risks discussed and assigned to relevant personnel.

•             Contact made with relevant desktop support personnel and discussions planned for on site support.

•             Telephony solution in progress and looking good for completion.

Planned

•             Approval of telephony proposal detailing what can/cannot be done given existing technology and current systems.

•             Commencement of telephony solution configuration.

•             Recruitment for 1st Line call handlers.

I’m expecting an update from Ian Sutherland regarding the risks assigned to him shortly. The key one at present is No. 6 and Ian may feel the impact is higher or lower. As you can see since the update from Tracy Slaven last week that volumes won’t increase the risk associated with this is now green.
