Setting up foundation for web app deployment

The formal request to access certain student data for the School of Law and MVM is still under review with Student Systems, and I'm hopeful approval will be granted to use data in June, and database views created on the EUGEX database in TEST and LIVE in preparation for the web app to use by the beginning of July.

I'm designing the web app without real student data at the moment, so it is fine if it takes a bit longer to obtain permission to use data. However the consequence of this is completion of the next two project milestones has been delayed as I can't make a web app available to staff until permission is granted. It should still be achievable to make the web app available to defined support staff members in advance of the start of term.

A secure server has been setup in readiness (with thanks to Andrew Hobden) by Production Mgmt. I'm in the process of requesting SSL certificates, and will ensure the web app is as secure as possible, and available to review in some form by the end of June.
