Issue identified by Uniware with the coding method late 31st July. The issue affected approx 250 of the 40k+ records and resulted in their names being incorrectly displayed, they would have still been able to gain access. Accomdation services agreed to continue with the launch of the MyEd channel on 3rd August given the scope of the impact. The issue required the interface code to be updated and a process agreed by which to send a full dump of the data without impacting the change based feed. A plan was agreed and tested on Monday 3rd August. The fix was deployed to LIVE, without impact to the users, on 4th August.
